Getting started

How do I play Escape Saylor?

Escape Saylor is an endless runner. Tap or swipe to move, dodge obstacles, and survive as long as possible. There are two run modes: Training Run (free, unlimited, earns Keys) and Rewarded Run (consumes 1 Key, collects Coins that enter you into our promotional Prize Draw).

What's the difference between a Training Run and a Rewarded Run?

Training Runs are free, unlimited, and let you earn Keys via reward chests when you reach a minimum score. No Coins are collected.

Rewarded Runs consume 1 Key and let you collect Coins. Each Coin is one free entry into the Prize Draw, and its Rarity (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary) is assigned randomly at the moment of collection.

Keys

How do I earn Keys for free?

Play Training Runs. If your score reaches the minimum threshold (a fixed value disclosed in the in-game "How to Play" section), you can earn Keys from reward chests at the end of each run. There is no daily, weekly, or monthly cap on free Keys.

Can I get free Keys without playing?

Yes. You can request free Keys by mail, with no score requirement and no random element. Send a handwritten 4×6 inch (or A6) card to our Geneva address (see Terms section 7.5 for the exact procedure). Each properly submitted card credits you with Keys equivalent to one hour of Training Run gameplay. Limit: 30 submissions per person per calendar month.

Are purchased Keys better than free Keys?

No. Free Keys and purchased Keys are strictly identical and interchangeable. Buying Keys is a time-saver only — it does not increase your odds of winning, the size of any prize, or your access to any prize tier. The Coin Rarity distribution is exactly the same for paying and non-paying players.

Prize Draw & Bitcoin rewards

How does the Prize Draw work?

Each Coin you collect during a Rewarded Run is one free entry into our promotional Prize Draw. The Rarity of each Coin is assigned randomly at collection. Each Rarity corresponds to a Bitcoin-denominated Prize tier published in the in-game "How to Play" section.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The Prize pool is pre-funded by Veggies Labs SA, the Promoter.

What kind of prizes can I win?

Prizes are denominated in Bitcoin and delivered as tBTC on the Starknet network. tBTC is a Bitcoin-equivalent token that tracks the value of Bitcoin.

The current Prize tiers, their probabilities, and the maximum available Prize value (visible on-chain) are disclosed inside the game.

How do I claim a prize?

You'll need a Cartridge wallet (a free self-custodial wallet for Starknet, available at cartridge.gg).

In the game, tap "Claim". Our backend generates a cryptographic Claim Authorization attesting to the Coins you've earned. You submit this Authorization to our RewardPool smart contract on Starknet through your Cartridge wallet, and the contract releases the corresponding Prize Asset to your wallet.

What is Cartridge? Is it run by Veggies Labs?

Cartridge is an independent third-party self-custodial wallet service. Veggies Labs does not operate, control, or have access to Cartridge wallets. Use of Cartridge is governed by their own terms and privacy policy at cartridge.gg.

How long does prize delivery take?

Delivery depends on Starknet network conditions. Most claims complete in under five minutes. If your claim has been pending for over 24 hours, contact us with your wallet address.

I lost access to my Cartridge wallet. Can you recover my prize?

No. Cartridge is fully self-custodial — only you control your wallet. Once a Prize is delivered to your wallet address, Veggies Labs cannot recover it. Always back up your wallet credentials according to Cartridge's recommendations.

Eligibility & verification

Who can play Escape Saylor?

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country, whichever is greater), have full legal capacity, and not be located in a restricted jurisdiction. Full eligibility rules are in our Terms section 3.

Which countries can't access the Prize Draw?

The Prize Draw is unavailable in:

Certain U.S. states (WA, ID, MI, NV, CT, LA, MT, NJ, NY, CA, TN, AL, DE, KY, MD, MS, OH, PA, WV); sanctioned jurisdictions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, occupied regions of Ukraine, and others depending on applicable sanctions); and countries restricting individual ownership of Bitcoin (currently including China, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Nepal, Qatar, Tunisia).

If you live in a restricted area, you can still play Escape Saylor for entertainment, but you won't be eligible for Prizes. Full list in Terms section 3.3.

What is KYC and when is it required?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification required by Swiss anti-money-laundering law. We may request KYC before releasing any Prize that, alone or cumulatively with prior Prize releases within any rolling 30-day period, exceeds USD 200. This threshold is set conservatively below the Swiss legal minimum (CHF 1,000).

You'll typically need to provide: a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your Cartridge wallet address.

In-App Purchases & refunds

What can I buy in the game?

You can buy Keys as a time-saver. Purchases provide convenience only — they do not increase your odds of winning, the size of any Prize, or your access to any Prize tier. Any quantity of Keys obtainable via purchase is also obtainable, without payment, by playing Training Runs.

How do I request a refund?

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be addressed directly to them:

· Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
· Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637

Veggies Labs cannot directly refund App Store or Play Store purchases.
